Meet our Team

Owning my own business has always been a passion of mine. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and I love it! I have taken classes in both accounting and business management. After becoming parents, owning our own business has given us the opportunity to provide for our family while still being there for our children at the same time. We named our business after our son Colton. He lights up every time he sees heavy equipment, and we can't wait to pass on our business to him someday.

Cody grew up running heavy machinery with his father at helicopter logging operations and other various jobs. One of my favorite stories is of his father telling us Cody sent an employee "kicking rocks" when he was only 5 because he didn't grease his excavator before running it for the day. He worked for the US Forest Service fighting fires for four years. After that he went on to get his Journeyman lineman certificate and has worked in the power line industry for 15 plus years doing distribution and transmission work. We are proud of his accomplishments and seeing him work his way up to being a general foreman as well as a supervisor. Owning our own business has provided the opportunity to have him home more so he is able to watch his children grow up and not be on the road all the time missing those important milestones. He takes pride in everything he does and his work is exceptional.
